A cheat sheet for the commands you’ll use most often. Bookmark this page — there’s a lot here and you don’t need to memorize it all at once.
How to read this page
- Anything in
<angle brackets>is a required argument you replace with a real value. - Anything in
[square brackets]is optional. - All commands work on both Java and Bedrock unless noted otherwise.
Quick essentials
The 10 commands you’ll use every session:

`/spawn` doesn't work
EssentialsX disabled /spawn on this server. Use /warp spawn instead.
Communication
ProsperitySMP supports both global and local chat. Local chat is heard within 100 blocks; global chat reaches everyone.

Jobs
You have 3 job slots. Each job caps at level 50.

Job titles
Your current title shows in chat (e.g. [Apprentice Miner]). You can pin which one displays.

Skill trees
Each job has a skill tree with passive perks unlocked at certain levels.

Shops
ProsperitySMP has two shop systems:
- Admin shop — fallback fixed-price store for materials. Use
/shop. - Player shops — chest shops set up by other players around the market district. Use
/findto locate them.

Bedrock players
Bedrock players use /buy and /sell as text-based shop commands instead of the /shop GUI. Type /buy to see what’s available.
Public contracts
The Contract Board at City Hall pays players to turn in raw materials. Contracts have a 32-block delivery range — stand near the board to turn one in.

Real estate (ARM)
Apartments at spawn are rentals. Market stalls are rentals. Plots (when available) are sales.

Crates
Crates drop randomly while working your job, or at level milestones (every 5 levels). Right-click the crate item in your inventory to open it — no key needed.

Master Smith (advanced pickaxe enchants)
The Master Smith sign at the Job Center sells Efficiency and Fortune enchants beyond vanilla. Higher tiers require prestige.

Tier 1 needs the skill tree unlock. Tier 2 needs Miner P2 (Twice-Forged). Tier 3 needs Miner P4 (Mythic) — Efficiency IX instamines deepslate.
Drills & Harvesters
3×3 AOE tools that drill out 9 blocks per swing. Money pays for all 9; XP only counts the directly-swung block. Banned in main world (drills); harvesters work anywhere you have build permission.

Prestige
Once you hit max level (50) in a job, you can prestige to gain permanent perks and a new title tier.

Prestige tiers: Reborn → Twice-Forged → Thrice-Forged → Mythic → Eternal.
